DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION

Both spouses and cohabiting significant others need to be present in order to qualify for this offer and one of you must be between the ages of 30 and 75. You must have a combined annual income of $50,000 or more, ($30,000 if retired) and we require that you both complete a travel sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes at Goldrush Getaways, A full service host travel agency. We ask that you provide us with valid photo I.D. and we require that you not bring any children, pets or guests with you. We limit one giveaway per household. This offer is not transferable and is not available to Goldrush Getaways employees, their families, or previously toured and gifted couples. All travel must be completed within one year of receipt of travel certificate. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal value, subject to the availability of advertised items. This promotion is being used in the State of California and is void where prohibited.
The Three mini-vacations in this promotion are as follows:

*A three or four night cruise for two people*

*Two round trip airfares and two nights of accommodations in Las Vegas*

*Seven nights of accommodations in either Honolulu Hawaii
or Puerto Vallarta Mexico*

Cruise recipients may choose either a 3 or 4 night cruise with departures from Los Angeles, CA. Miami, Fl. Galveston, TX. or New Orleans, LA. Accommodations are for entry-level cabins during low season. Selected sailings are available on a year-round basis, with a surcharge per person for peak times, high or mid season sailings. Departure from Los Angeles is on Friday PM returning Monday AM. The dates for low season sailings out of Los Angeles, CA. are 10/3/08, 10/10/08, 10/17/08, 10/24/08, 10/31/08, 11/7/08, 11/14/08, 11/21/08, 12/5/08, 10/12/08, 1/9/09, 1/16/09, 1/23/09, 1/30/09, 2/6/09. Travelers are responsible for government-imposed taxes and port fees of approximately 124.00 per person. All travel is subject to supplier’s ability to fulfill the reservation request at its contracted rate for the time and destination chosen. Travel must be completed within 18 months of issuance of certificate.

Recipients of Las Vegas are responsible for government imposed air and hotel taxes of approximately $40.00 per person. A deposit will be required at the time of reservation to cover the cost of these taxes. Trip is for an AM Tuesday departure from Los Angeles Intl. airport (LAX) or Ontario Intl. (ONT) Sacramento Intl. (SMF) with a PM return the following Thursday. Alternate departures and extended stays are available to traveler for a surcharge. Ground transportation, transfers, meals and other items of a personal nature are not included in this offer. All travel is subject to supplier’s ability to fulfill the reservation request at its contracted rate for the time and destination chosen and to obtain air transportation at the lowest non-promotional economy class rate. Offers are blocked for major holidays including: In 2008: Jan 1, Jan 15, Feb 14, April 8, May 28, May 28, July 4, Sept 3, Nov 22-23, Dec 15-31. In 2009: Jan 1, Jan 21, Feb 14, Feb 18, March 23, May 26, July 4, Sept 1, Nov 27-28, Dec 15-31. Travel must be completed within one year.

Recipients of a Holiday Week are responsible for hotel and government imposed taxes of $90.00 and for their own transportation to and from location chosen. This gift is for accommodations only. Upgrades and extended stays are available at additional cost to traveler.
