Mary at the Condo Dept. had great customer service skills. She was extremely helpful, very responsive and detailed when she brought to my attention that there are quite a bit steps to the 2nd floor condo I was reserving. I wouldn't even think to ask that question but I'm thankful that she helped me book another condo that has good mobility access. Couldn't be more happy and satisfied with my experience. Kudos to Mary for doing an awesome job!

Last year, my wife and I relaunched our efforts to explore relocation to Europe. As an agent for Goldrush Getaways, we had access to better-than-average information and resources. Even with our access, we needed help. We reached out to the local office in Citrus Heights who connected us with Ethan Spanier in the San Jose office. Ethan proved to be exactly what we needed, and our trip, 28 nights from September 7 through October 5 were incredible. We slept in 7 cities from Athens to Amsterdam and visited an additional 5. It was a fabulous trip that would not have been possible without Ethan's help and the support and tools/resources from Goldrush.

Goldrush Getaways is a great Travel Agency-
We have been home based Travel Advisors with Goldrush Getaways for the past year and the Agency has always been supportive with our development and training as Travel Advisors.
They have many training sessions (webinars, recorded learning sites and live training seminars) and knowledgeable staff ready to help.
Brigette, Mike, Ethan, Nas and the other great staff have been very helpful with providing information and resources and answering questions that we have had. It has been a wonderful year of learning and traveling!

We use their condo department for everything and Melanie in the condo department is top-notch. She is professional courteous, very reliable and she always makes you feel like your needs are important to her. All the LIVE events that I had attended in the Rancho Cucamonga office has been great! Learned a lot from all the presentations, and the Q & A sessions after, or during the presentations are most helpful. One can definitely learn a lot more from LIVE presentations & the Q & A, than just reading up brochures.

Purchased the 2 year plan for 1/6th of the original cost with an option for lifetime upgrade after or before 2 years are up for. Thought we would try it out before fully committing. Hopefully we will have something good to report after we plan a couple of vacations.

I cannot say enough good things about Nasrene from GRG. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to invite me down to the office to do a one- on- one session to train me on the benefits of my membership. She also helped me book a hotel and protected me from making a mistake that could have compromised the experience and the safety of myself and my daughter. Outstanding service.

My wife and I planned a vacation to San Diego last year and needed a little guidance on our bookings. We contacted Nas and what a wonderful experience it was! We are working on our next vacation for next month and decided to stop by and take a refresher course with her. We are glad we did!! Nas is the best!!

I keep reading how Goldrush Getaways is a scam. It is far from a scam. Think of it this way, you are buying a business. It cost me 6K. I am currently looking at the cruise lines. Every cruise line has an agent portaL. Goldrush getaways is a well-respected agency. Most cruise lines give you around a 15-16% commission per booking. In addition, there are special agent rates. One agent rate I was quoted to South America 19 days was just over 500 bucks. If you like traveling, this is the way to go.

The staff is courteous anytime I call for questions.

Currently taking the courses in Princess cruise line under the agent portal after which I will get a free cruise

We are members of Goldrush and were invited to a Royal Caribbean meeting on a new ship. Bea stayed after the meeting to register us for the cruise. She was so thorough and great attitude, even tho we made her stay a little late! She is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot in our one meeting from her. We have her number now!! Thank you Bea!

I emailed a form with my name and daughter's name to Beatriz and she emailed me the booking confirmation. I noticed my daughter's name was misspelled on the booking confirmation. I emailed Beatriz and asked her to correct the spelling of my daughter's name since it has to match the name on her passport. Beatriz was able to correct the spelling the following day.

I looked into this company 20+ years ago and SHOULD have joined then but had a fulltime career. Now I'm basically retired (Ha!) and travel a lot. The amount of $ I would've saved in travel had I joined then would've been in the 10's of 1,000s!! I've recently became a Travel Agent through them and can only agree with the positive comments listed.

You get as much as you put in; it can be a part-time or full-time business IF you take their courses, there are TONS, you can ONLY be a travelling Agent and benefit if that's all you want. Hotels, cruises, tours, etc.
